About FixThatPothole
A simple idea: make it easy to report a pothole, easy for a certified contractor to fix it, and easy for whoever's responsible for the road to pay for it.
FixThatPothole is a pothole reporting and repair marketplace. We connect three groups who all care about the same stretch of pavement but rarely have an easy way to work together: the drivers and residents who notice a pothole first, the independent, certified contractors who have the skills and equipment to fix it, and the property owners, HOAs, and cities who are ultimately responsible for the road.
Our goal is to close the gap between “someone noticed a problem” and “the problem is fixed and verified.” Every repair on our platform is documented with time-stamped before and after photos and location data, so property owners and cities can trust that what they're paying for actually happened — and technicians know they'll be paid promptly once it does.
We built FixThatPothole around three principles: reporting should be effortless and free for the public, repair work should be verified rather than taken on faith, and payment — to contractors and from property owners — should follow directly from that verification.
FixThatPothole is operated by Pothole Pros, headquartered in Odessa, Texas.
