Pricing & Services
A straightforward structure: pay per completed repair, or cover a whole property or road network with a monthly subscription. Reporting a pothole is always free.
Per-Repair Pricing
Property owners and cities are billed only after a repair is completed and verified — never for a report on its own. Pricing is tiered by the size and complexity of the repair.
Small
Surface-level patch, roughly under 6 inches across
starting around $75 per repair
Standard
A typical pothole, roughly 6–18 inches across
starting around $150 per repair
Large / Complex
Larger, deeper, or multiple potholes in one location, or repairs requiring traffic control
quoted after a brief on-site or photo-based assessment
These figures are illustrative starting points, not a final quote. Exact pricing depends on your region and is confirmed before any work begins — contact us for current rates in your area.
Monthly Subscription
For HOAs, property managers, and cities managing many properties or road miles, a flat monthly subscription covers all potholes reported within a defined property or road network boundary — repaired as they come in, without a separate invoice for each one.
- One predictable monthly fee instead of per-repair invoices
- Covers all verified, completed repairs within your defined boundary during the subscription period
- Pricing depends on the size of the area covered and expected repair volume
- Cancel or adjust coverage with advance notice — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy
How Billing Works
For the Public
Reporting a pothole is always free. There is never a charge to submit a report.
For Property Owners & Cities
Billed per verified repair, or through a monthly subscription — whichever fits how you manage your properties or roads.
For Technicians
Paid out per completed job once the repair passes photo and location verification and is reviewed.
